Juicing for Health

On Wednesday Ah Ming recommended me to drink Juice with Raw Potato (1 pcs about knuckle size, Half a carrot(of about 7inches size) with Raw green Chinese Spinach with Wild Honey. Geez, I was thinking it must taste real awful. Tried it today but it really taste Good. I am supposed to take these once a day, everyday for 90days. I was told after 3 weeks it will show results.

Check out the properties today and found that raw potato juice is a Liver cleanser and lumbago and relieve constipation, eczema, improve digestive system, reduce stomach acid and relieve ulcer pains, treat migraines and constipation.
